Movement w/Mallory
Mallory Brooks is an all-around bad-ass athlete, coach and runner. She has been training all levels of athletes in strength, agility, and mobility for over decade. Her goal with each athlete is to connect their mind with how their body moves, focusing on instabilities and weaknesses that lead to injury. She incorporates balance, vision drills, and breathing techniques into her strength programs.
Mallory is also the Spectrum Trail Racing Race Director, the Team Rogue Trail Head Coach, and Rogue Trail Series Race Director. Mallory graduated from the University of Colorado where she was known for her Rock Climbing skills. She transitioned to trail running in 2006, and since has run the Palo Duro Canyon, 60 miles of the Canadian Death Race, the Grand Canyon Rim to Rim to Rim and the John Muir Trail. She has also run around a dozen races in the 50-60K distance and a few 50-plus mile races. She even set the FKT on the 93-mile wonderland trail unsupported in 29 hours 12 minutes, with teammate Allison Macsas in 2017!
