• Saturdays: 5:30 am - up to 16/20 miles, 6:30 - up to 10 miles

COACH BIO

I started my collegiate career at The University of Alabama, then transferring to The University of North Georgia. I competed in many NCAA national championships races. I have a Bachelors in Kinesiology, and Masters in Exercise Science and Human Performance. 

I just ran a 2:50 marathon @ Houston :)

COACH PHILOSOPHY

Consistency is key. If you put in the work, listen to your coach and trust the process results will come!  

GROUP DYNAMIC

Team Rogue Prime Time prides itself on being a Team-ily. While they are all very hard-working, committed and talented athletes, they are a family first. They care about each other as humans and stay connected even when they’re not running together. These teammates inspire each other to reach and exceed limits with their running that they may not have thought possible without each other. But more importantly they inspire each other to become better humans using running as the vehicle.

ORIGIN STORY

TR Prime Time has existed in several forms as the Team Rogue step child in a way. While the morning Team Rogue crew has always historically been a larger group, the evening group existed for those that couldn’t or wouldn’t train in the early morning hours. Yet through many different coaches and iterations of the team, this team-ily refused to play second fiddle and developed a culture and a vibe of their own. Now with Coach Brittany Truitt, they have put the last piece of the puzzle together and have everything they need to be a large, strong, focused team of their own right. They are now ready for the Prime Time!
